This dreamy, elegant dress has our signature soft stretchy velvet top, and delicate 3/4 length mesh sleeves. The dress also features a full tulle skirt in sparkly turquoise, lined with a cotton underskirt and a magical silver snowflake printed tulle cape (removable).
